1. To Provisionally
book your caravan holiday at Butlin's Skegness with STEPHILS CARAVAN

2. The price of your holiday includes passes into
the Butlin's Skegness Resort for all members of the party. Also Gas and
Electric is included in the price of your holiday. We will write to
confirm your caravan holiday reservation.
3. A £50 non-refundable deposit must be received
within 10 days of making the booking. This payment will secure your
holiday and a receipt will be issued to you.
4. We are unable to accept bookings
from: a) Groups of people of all the same sex. b) Groups under 21 years
of age.
5. Butlins is a family holiday park
and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other
person on the park you will be asked to leave.
6. In order for the caravan to be
cleaned and checked departure must be made before 10am, and no keys will
be released before 2pm/3pm/ 4pm on the day of arrival. Please state time
on booking form or leave blank if your arrival time is after 4pm.
Although, Butlin's passes may be collected before, enabling you
and your party to use all facilities before check in time.
7. The caravan must be left in a
clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members
of the party and must make good any losses, breakages, or damage done to
the caravan or its contents during their stay. Prior to departure, keys
must be returned to GUEST SERVICES. Failure to do so may result in loss
of security bond.
8. Pets are not allowed in any
caravan.
9. No smoking is permitted in any
caravan
10. Should accommodation booked
become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will
inform you and if we
cannot find alternative accommodation anywhere on site, and if you don't
want alternative dates, a full refund
will be given.
11. Caravans must be left in a
respectable and clean state on departure, otherwise cleaning costs will
be charged.
12. Vehicles must be parked only in
the parking spaces provided.
13. Acts of vandalism must not be
committed on the resort.
14. All sanitary wear must be
placed in bags and disposed of accordingly and not flushed down the
toilet.
15. All rubbish must be taken to
the bins located around the caravan park and not left around the
caravan.
16 No ball games to be played
around caravans unless in specific designated areas
17. All children must be properly
supervised at all times & not be left unattended in the caravans.
18. We recommend that you purchase
some form of insurance, as none is included in the price of the holiday.
19. Please do not remove any items
from caravan, any items removed price will be taken out your security bond.
20. Although STEPHILS CARAVAN
HOLIDAYS is responsible for the 'booking of the holiday' we cannot
accept responsibility for the holiday accommodation and its content. The
owner is solely responsible for this.
21. Some Butlins
facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during off peak season
periods, for which we have no control or influence over and do not
accept responsibility for at any time.
22. If due to illness, injury or
accident you are unable to take your caravan holiday, you must advise us
immediately by telephone and then in writing including a doctor's
certificate. If we do not receive written confirmation of your
cancellation before your holiday as commenced, no refund will be given.
In the event of you or any member of your holiday party being unable to
travel due to sickness, redundancy or injury service, proof in form of a
doctor's certificate, employees or court notification will be required
in writing, prior to your holiday start date.
23. You will be entitled to a full
refund of all monies subject to an administration charge of £50, unless
your cancellation occurs within 14 days of your holiday in which the
refund will be limited to 30% of the holiday cost.
24. In addition to the cost of your
holiday a £50 refundable security bond will be charged. The security
bond is refunded by STEPHILS CARAVAN HOLIDAYS not by BUTLINS. Your
security bond will be refunded and returned to you after your holiday
upon full satisfactory inspection of the caravan. ( Security Bond is
returned by post ).
25. In the event you book 8 weeks
or less from the holiday start date, the full payment ( including
security bond ) will be due for payment within 7 days of booking your
holiday.
26. Bedding, Travel Cot, Highchairs
& Pushchairs are available to hire for a small extra charge, See Booking Form. Any missing or Damaged items,
Cost to replace will be taken from the security
bond.
27. STEPHILS CARAVAN HOLIDAYS
cannot accept liability for alterations to Butlin's facilities and
resort from those advertised.
28. Prices are based on up to 4
persons in the 2 & 3 Bedroom Caravans and up to 6 Persons in the 4
Bedroom Caravans.
